WREXHAM have installed the first foundations of the new Kop stand at the SToK Racecourse.
The Hollywood-owned club has played the 2025-26 season with just three stands.

The old Kop stand was mostly demolished in January 2023 and is now set to be rebuilt.
The new stand will boast a capacity of 7,750, a 2,250-seat increase over the old stand.
This development will take the Racecourse’s full capacity to just over 17,250 overall.
Wrexham published a video of work taking place at the stadium with the first steel being installed.

Fans will be hoping the construction is completed soon so there is no longer the eyesore of a building site behind one of the goals.
Local media have reported that the stand should be completed during the 2026-27 campaign.
It is also stated that the rebuild of the Kop will cost nearly £70million with the club contributing roughly £50m.
Liverpool’s Anfield, Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane and Birmingham City’s St Andrews are some of the other stadiums in the UK with a Kop stand.
