MANILA, Philippines – Midea takes AI to a next level of experience through its new smart home appliances introduced at the MideaCon 2026, SMX Convention, Clark, Pampanga, March 3, 2026.
From a voice-activated fan to energy-saving air conditioning and AI-powered kitchen appliances, Midea introduces their AI Eco Master and Smart Master Line that are set to hit the Philippine market.
Midea is known for their air-condition lines, and among the unveiled products is the Midea Chione Inverter Series. Units feature Eco Mode for intelligent energy consumption and AI humidity control. Meanwhile, Midea’s Avigator Full DC Inverter has an AI Smart Control to reduce energy waste by 40 percent.
The brand also introduced their latest Front Load Washing Machine Titanium Series that integrates IoT and a mobile laundry management system.
A product that caught the most attention from event attendees is a voice-activated fan that contains a set of commands. However, commands are meant to be said in close proximity to the fan.
Midea’s kitchen appliances also consist of a new low smoke grill for indoor cooking, an electric pizza oven, and a breakfast set that includes a toaster, induction cooker, and air fryer.
Strengthening partnerships and collaborations
The event’s theme centered on “The Power of One” that is set to not only launch their product line but to empower the partnerships and collaborative work with various sectors.
Through this, Midea announced their sponsorship of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
