Brooklyn Beckham has clapped back at the haters who claim he routinely singes his recipes.
The 27-year-old self-styled chef shared a new cooking clip to his Instagram account, this time whipping up the pasta dish spaghetti all’assassina.
Atop the video, which shows tattooed Beckham making the sauce and then cooking the raw pasta in the pan, he wrote as a caption: ‘For all the lovely comments about me always burning my food this pasta is supposed to be burnt soooooo.’
The eldest Beckham sprog certainly seemed to enjoy it, giving his followers a thumbs up as he tried the finished product.
While some in the comments took issue with the lack of fresh garlic and Beckham’s decision to use tomato sauce from a jar, many said the dish looked like a tasty one.
Commenting underneath the video, Roxana wrote: ‘Those who don’t know, spaghetti all’assassina is a typical plate in Puglia region of Italy, and this is a quite good representation of the recipe. So calm down everyone, it’s delicious.’

Beckham – or Peltz Beckham, as he’s called himself since marrying Nicola Peltz in 2022 – has previously landed himself in hot water (unlike that spaghetti) for another pasta dish where he used seawater in the recipe.
The video was filmed aboard a yacht back in 2025, before he very publicly severed ties with his parents Sir David and Victoria Beckham, and saw Beckham scoop the pasta water from the sea.
Commenters were horrified, in part because of the state of our waterways in the UK. Although Beckham appeared to be in the Mediterranean when he cooked up the dish, rather than the Thames estuary.
In 2021, Beckham launched an eight-episode cooking show titled Cookin’ With Brooklyn, where the former photographer met with a range of chefs – Nobu Matsuhisa, Nancy Silverton, and Roy Choi among them – to take inspiration for a dish they then prepared together.

He admitted the short-lived show was his then-fiancée Nicola’s idea.
At the time, Beckham said he found cooking ‘therapeutic and really calming’.
He added: ‘I always have so much going on in my head, I’m always stressed about something, but cooking, especially doing something like making fresh pasta, making stuff from scratch, is the one thing I’ve found where I don’t think about absolutely anything else.
‘It’s just me, the food, the plate, and whoever I’m cooking it with: my friends, Nicola, Nicola’s family, my family.
‘I just enjoy making people happy, so it’s the second thing I can do in my life, apart from spending time with my fiancée, that just takes me out of the world.’
