Sasha Therese Review: Sizing, Quality & Is It Worth It?

Last Updated on September 30, 2026 by Eve Dawes

Is Sasha Therese worth it? I tried three pieces from the Australian fashion brand to see what the sizing, quality and fit are actually like in person. My picks were a grey midi dress, white top and reversible brown tank, all in an XS. In this Sasha Therese review I’m covering how they fit my petite 5’2″ frame, what the fabrics and quality are like, and whether they’re good value for the price. There are also a few things worth knowing before you order, including one piece I’d size differently if I ordered it again. A lot of Sasha Therese’s collection is sexier than my personal style, so I specifically chose more sophisticated, conservative pieces that felt more like me. They’re also the kind of elevated basics I can see myself styling multiple ways rather than wearing once, which gave me a much better way to judge whether the brand actually works for my wardrobe.

Gifted: Sasha Therese gifted me the three pieces featured in this review. There are also affiliate links throughout which allow me to make commission but do not affect the price. As always, all opinions are my own. I’m currently shooting these pieces so check back for more photos but I wanted to get this review live asap because pieces like the Suzette top reviewed below are selling out fast!

What is Sasha Therese?

Sasha Therese is an Australian fashion label founded in 2023. The brand releases limited-edition collections and currently sells dresses, tops, sets, bottoms, jeans, jackets and accessories.

Browsing the collection, there are plenty of bustiers, fitted revealing dresses, bodysuits, halter styles and going-out pieces alongside more minimal and elevated basics. Personally, a lot of the more revealing styles aren’t me, so I deliberately gravitated towards three of the more sophisticated pieces that I knew I’d actually wear.

My Sasha Therese review

All three pieces I tried are a size XS and, overall, I’d say Sasha Therese runs true to size based on these three styles. The exception is the brown tank, which is more fitted and has less stretch than I expected. It still fits, but I’d probably size up if I ordered it again. For reference I’m a size 0/XS, 32D, 24, 31 and 5’2″.

My overall first impression of the quality is good for the price. All three pieces feel soft, none of the fabrics feel disappointingly thin, and the white top in particular was better than I was expecting because white tops can be notoriously unforgiving.

I haven’t washed any of these pieces yet, so I can’t comment on how they wash, whether they shrink, pill or stretch out, or their long-term durability. I’ll update this review once I’ve worn and washed them more.

Sasha Therese Dress: Suzette Midi Dress review

The grey Suzette midi dress is easily my favorite of the three, it also comes in red if you want something brighter. I specifically like the combination of the high neckline and cap sleeves. The sleeves are really flattering on my arms, and I can wear a normal bra with it, which immediately makes it more practical than so many sleeveless and strappy dresses.

The soft ribbed knit is also a really nice weight. It’s substantial enough to give coverage and create a flattering silhouette, but it doesn’t feel like a heavy sweater dress. I’ve never really understood thick, heavy knits in sleeveless styles, so this strikes a much better balance for me.

The simple silhouette also makes it incredibly versatile. I can see myself wearing it more casually as it is, or dressing it up with a belt and heeled boots. It feels more elevated than a lot of basic sweater dresses without becoming fussy or difficult to style.

I ordered my normal XS and it fits true to size. As a petite, I tend to order midi dresses like this Sasha Therese dress more than maxi dresses as I find they end up being maxi dresses on me without needing to have them hemmed. This is the piece I’d pick as my favorite from the three and one I’d 100% keep and wear.

Sasha Therese Suzette Top review

This is probably the piece I’ll end up wearing the most. I tend to gravitate towards elevated basics that make getting dressed easy, and this is exactly that kind of top. The high neckline gives it a more polished look than a regular white top, but it’s still simple enough to throw on with jeans.

The fabric was one of my biggest questions before trying it. White tops can be difficult because if the fabric is too thin they can look cheap and become a nightmare when it comes to underwear. This is a really nice weight. It’s not too thick or thin, it’s soft, and it’s still easy to layer under jackets and blazers.

I’m wearing an XS and found it true to size. For me, this is the type of piece that earns its place in my wardrobe because it doesn’t require much thought. Jeans, this top and a great jacket or blazer and I’m done.

Sasha Therese Pippa reversible brown tank review

I already own plenty of black tank tops, so I went for brown with this one. Brown continues to be a major fashion color going into fall/winter, and it gives me something different while still being an easy neutral to style. What stops it from feeling like just another basic tank is that it’s reversible which I thought was a novel concept. One side has a scoop neckline and the other has a higher neckline, so you’re essentially getting two tops for the price of one.

Sasha Therese describes it as a fitted style and actually recommends sizing up if you prefer a looser fit, which is what I should’ve done. I chose my normal XS and it fits, but it’s snug and doesn’t have as much stretch as I expected, so that’s something I’d bear in mind when choosing your size.

It is soft, though, and I think the quality is good for the price. Between the reversible design and the brown color, it feels much more useful to me than buying yet another basic black tank.

How does Sasha Therese sizing run?

Based specifically on the three Sasha Therese pieces I’ve tried, I’d say the sizing is generally true to size.

I’m 5’2″ and normally wear an XS, and I chose an XS in all three pieces. The grey Sasha Therese dress and white top both fit true to size.

The brown reversible tank is the exception. My XS fits, but it’s quite snug and I could have sized up. That’s also consistent with Sasha Therese’s own product description, which says the tank is fitted and recommends sizing up for a looser fit.

I wouldn’t extrapolate from three pieces and say every Sasha Therese style fits the same way, particularly because the brand itself notes that sizing and fit can vary by style.

Is Sasha Therese petite-friendly?

From the three pieces I’ve tried, I didn’t have any significant petite fit issues at 5’2″. If you’re petite like me, have a look at the midi dresses vs maxi dresses to save having to have them altered.

That’s one of the reasons these particular styles work for me. There aren’t complicated cutouts, awkwardly placed details or proportions that I have to fight with, and I didn’t need to alter any of the three pieces to make them wearable.

As always, that’s my experience with these specific styles rather than a claim that every Sasha Therese piece will work on petites.

Is Sasha Therese good quality?

Based on these three pieces, I think the quality is good for the price. I wouldn’t describe the fabrics as feeling exceptionally expensive, because that’s not my experience of them. What I can say is that they’re soft, comfortable, have enough weight to them that they don’t feel flimsy, and are good for the price point.

The white top impressed me in particular because I was concerned it might be too thin. Instead, it’s substantial enough to give me the coverage I want while remaining easy to layer.

The grey Sasha Therese dress has that same balance. It’s thick enough to be flattering and provide coverage without crossing over into the heavy sweater-dress territory I dislike.

I’ve only tried and worn the pieces at this stage and haven’t washed them, so this is an initial assessment of the construction, fabric and fit rather than a long-term quality review.

Is Sasha Therese legit?

Yes. Sasha Therese is an Australian fashion label founded in 2023 and operates its own online store. The company’s published returns policy identifies the business as Sasha Therese Pty Ltd, and the brand currently ships internationally, including to the United States.

I hadn’t personally heard of Sasha Therese before receiving these pieces, which is one of the reasons I wanted to look into the brand and review the clothes properly rather than assuming anything based on its website.

Sasha Therese returns: What to know before ordering

Check the Returns & Exchanges policy for more details but eligible full-price online purchases can be returned for change of mind within a certain amount of days of delivery for a refund, exchange or gift card, provided they meet the return conditions. For US customers who don’t purchase Checkout+ return coverage, Sasha Therese currently lists a $7.95 USD return-label fee, deducted from the refund or gift-card total.

Which Sasha Therese piece is my favorite?

The grey midi Sasha Therese dress is my favorite of the three. The flattering cap sleeves, high neckline, soft fabric and ability to wear a normal bra make it both polished and practical, and I can easily change the look with accessories and shoes. However, I think the white top will probably get the most wear. My “favorite” doesn’t necessarily have to be the thing I reach for most often. The dress feels like the standout piece, while the white top is the elevated everyday basic I can throw on with jeans again and again.

The reversible brown tank comes in third, primarily because I’d prefer a slightly less snug fit. I still like the concept, particularly having two neckline options, and I’d choose it over another black tank because brown gives me something different in my wardrobe.

Is Sasha Therese worth it? My verdict

After trying these three pieces, my first impression of Sasha Therese is positive. All three feel soft and good quality for their price point, the sizing was generally true to size, and, most importantly, I chose styles that actually work with my wardrobe and personal style. It’s the kind of women’s fashion brand I’d look to for everyday basics when I don’t want to splurge.

I do think it’s worth taking the time to look through the collection rather than assuming every Sasha Therese piece has the same aesthetic. There are lots of sexier, more revealing designs that aren’t my style, but I found more sophisticated, conservative basics that feel much more like me.

I’ll update this Sasha Therese review after I’ve worn and washed the pieces more, because that’s when I’ll be able to give you a more meaningful opinion on how the fabrics hold up over time.
