VinFast first announced the opening of its Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program on July 1, giving consumers access to high-quality used vehicles. The program is currently available for the VF8 and VF9 across nine different U.S. states: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, and Texas.
