Channel 4 show Renovation Rescue will no longer be fronted by Stacey Solomon as two new hosts lead the new series.
The show aired for the first time in 2024 with Loose Women panellist Stacey at the helm. Somewhat of a “DIY Queen” herself, Stacey was tasked with coming to the rescue of homeowners who had been left high and dry by their builders, in an attempt to salvage their unfinished homes.
It has now been announced that reality star Vogue Williams and Love Island contestant Luke Mabbott will front Renovation Rescue when it returns. It’s now been confirmed that the series will return to viewers screens on Thursday July 30 at 8pm on Channel 4.

Speaking of the opportunity, Vogue gushed: “I’ve done a lot of exciting projects in my career, but I am so delighted to be given the opportunity to roll up my sleeves and get stuck into the second series of this truly brilliant show.
“Home renovation is a huge passion of mine, and I am excited to put my degrees in Construction and Quantity Surveying to the test! I’m very happy to be joining forces with Luke – we get on like a house on fire and I think I’m gonna learn a lot of DIY skills from him.”
Luke, who is a trained heating and plumbing engineer, appeared on Love Island in 2020 and is currently married to other Love Island star Lucie Donlan. He’s confirmed that he “can’t wait” to be part of the process of helping various trades people complete a project in a matter of days.
He added: “The fact that Channel 4 are putting their trust in me to be part of this series is just mind blowing to me, but I am so excited. I can’t wait to work with Vogue and help change the lives of people who need just a little bit of encouragement and some simple tips and tricks to make their dream project a reality.”
Stacey will still be on our screens, however, as Stacey and Joe Swash have been busy filming for the next series of their reality show, Stacey & Joe, which first started on the BBC last year.
The programme, which aired two series in 2025, sees the pair let the cameras into their beloved home, Pickle Cottage, to follow their lives as they document the highs and lows of life juggling work, play, parenting and their ever-growing menagerie of pets.
In an Instagram Story update this week, Stacey informed her millions of followers that she and Joe were busy filming for the show, specifically the pieces to camera in which they sit down together on the sofa and discuss what has been going on that day, or what the show is focusing on at that moment.
The BBC confirmed in April that Stacey & Joe will be back with the Solomon-Swash’s for a third run. According to the broadcaster, “the series, which follows the warmth, chaos and humour of family life at Pickle Cottage, follows Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash as they juggle their busiest chapter yet.”
A synopsis added: “This time however, that family dynamic expands beyond the cottage gates, as Joe finally takes the leap to realise a long-held dream: opening his own fishing lake and glamping site. What begins as Joe’s personal passion quickly becomes a full family endeavour, naturally drawing in Stacey’s creativity, the kids’ energy and the wider family’s support.
“Joe hopes the lake can be more than just a business. Having always found fishing to be a form of therapy, he’s passionate about creating a space where young people – particularly teenagers struggling with ADHD or mental health challenges – can come and spend time by the water. Across three episodes we follow the highs, setbacks and humour of a family pulling together to achieve something meaningful – all leading to the grand opening of Joe’s fishing lake, where Stacey and Joe finally see if their shared dream has paid off.”
