She’s back b***hes or is she? Rachel Reilly was the third reality TV alum to enter the Big Brother house for Season 28. Season 26’s Angela Murray and Survivor‘s Rick Devens had already entered the house before she came storming in. But is she here to stay?
There were three competitions on premiere night that allowed three new Houseguests to earn safety, which turned out to be Rome, Chuk, and Jason. The competitions brought them back in time to specific dates and locations, tying in with the “Time Trip” theme. Their wins each brought in a reality TV icon, and only the three alums got to compete for the first Head of Household competition.
Reilly has competed on Seasons 12, 13, which she won, and 27, where she was taken out by the White Locust competition and eliminated from the game. Now, she is back for revenge.
When the three alums walked out to the backyard in a Jurassic-era themed competition, a raptor went after Reilly. She walked up a hill backwards as she cowarded away from the dinosaur, and screamed, “Guys! What is going on?” She fell into the (fake) volcano at the top of the hill. The show went to a commercial and left fans and Houseguests hanging on her fate.
When Big Brother came back from commercial, host Julie Chen Moonves told fans, “I can confirm that Rachel has fallen into the volcano and reached her untimely demise. She is out of the game.” The very end of the episode had a fake skeleton that had the same outfit Reilly had on, floating in the lava.
However, she told the Houseguests that she will now get to choose the third alum to enter the house, which will be revealed on the first episode of Big Brother: Unlocked on Friday, July 10.
At the end of the episode, Chen Moonves teased that she would be entering the game when she walked into the Big Brother house and was transported back to December 20, 2023. What could that date be hinting at? Big Brother: Reindeer Games aired its finale one day later on December 21. Could it be an alum from there?
Most likely, Chen Moonves isn’t playing the game, but the CBS show always tells fans to expect the unexpected. Rumors are swirling that the third Houseguest will be Dee Valladares from Survivor 45 and 50. December 20, 2023, is also the date of the finale where Valladares won the game.
Who do you think is the third alum to enter the game, and would you have wanted Reilly back for a fourth season? Let us know in the comments.
