Lather, rinse, repeat, Young & the Restless fans!!… Kyle Abbott yet again tops the list of the most stupid men in Genoa City on Y&R!! Who knew? Well, we all did. What none of us had on our Bingo card, however, was Nick Newman dropping off the year’s Top 4 to be replaced by his son, Noah Newman.
It was a tough contest this year on Young & the Restless, and you may have some questions as to what it took for these stupid men to make it into the final four. Let’s unpack the briefcases these stupid men on Y&R may or may not be carrying on the regular…

Obvious on Y&R: Kyle Abbott Remains Stupid & More!!…
Yes, 2023, 2024, & now 2025, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) remains at the top of the list of the most stupid men in Genoa City on Young & the Restless. Where to start with the most entitled & most stupid man-child is a toss-up, however, but why don’t we just zero right in on the Dumas Trip from Hell to the South of France, sponsored by the new Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn)?
Before the Dumas Trip from Hell, Kyle Abbott & his ex-lover, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), made deals that had to be created in hell, with The Almighty Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Kyle promised he would never, ever, ever break Victor Newman’s newest & most favorite granddaughter, Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) heart… & he backed it up with a signed cash offer & a guaranteed move out of Genoa City.
Well, here Young & the Restless fans are… Still with Kyle on Y&R despite him nearly having sexual intercourse with Audra Charles in her train suite in the South of France. He was wearing a towel, they were hardcore making out… Details… details…

Yet, Kyle & Claire have broken up & this entitled & very stupid man-child is still in Genoa City. It’s safe to say Y&R fans will be seeing him on the 2026 final four as well.
Out of Nowhere Into the Final 4, Noah Newman Instead of Nick
In both 2023 & 2024, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) secured his spot as one of the Top 4 most stupid men in Genoa City, but now he has been replaced by his son, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams). Over the last couple of years, Nick Newman has dabbled with sleeping with the same woman as his brother, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), just did & just knocked up. Nick also couldn’t have been closer to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and still had no clue she was talking to a dead person for months, Dead Cameron (Linden Ashby).
Now there’s a new Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) in town, and in the stupid department, he’s trumped his dad, Nick Newman. Young & the Restless fans across social media cannot make up their mind whether Noah cheating on his girlfriend, Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang), with Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) is more or less stupid than both of his parents, who cheat on people like they change underwear, calling him out for cheating.
Then there’s Noah Newman leaving the hospital before he was ready to, after almost being killed in a car crash caused on purpose by Sienna’s husband, Mitch Bacall/Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). Noah was seriously entirely wrapped up in a cast, & then about 10 minutes after having it removed, signed himself out of the hospital to be a full-time dumb ass.
Both Noah’s father & his mother, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), continue to do everything in their power to protect their dumb ass son, who is cheating on his girlfriend with someone about the same age as his mother. No matter what they do to protect Noah, he does his damndest to undo whatever they just freaking did. It’s safe to say that there isn’t much hope for Noah Newman coming up in 2026.
Y&R’s New Cane Isn’t Much Better Than the New Noah…
The new Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) is just as dumb as the new Noah Newman, only different. Can we all just agree to stop beating the Aristotle Dumas horse, along with the A.I. program that has been woven through almost every storyline on Y&R in Genoa City? Also, the recasting of Cane Ashby is seriously in the Top 5 worst recasts in Young and the Restless history. New Cane is NOTHING like the original Cane Ashby portrayed by Daniel Goddard back in the day, except that he’s a man.

Also, where is Cane’s bastard child, Sam, whom he had with a lady who didn’t make it when he was still married to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)? This kid hasn’t been mentioned once. Also, what is up with whatever he is doing with Phyllis Sumers?
Last but Not Least, Y&R’s Favorite Attorney, Michael Baldwin
How did we get here, Young & the Restless fans?… Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) is one of Y&R’s most stupid men of 2025!!
Of course, Michael Baldwin’s ‘how,’ to get on the stupid list this year is sponsored by his own obsession with getting The Almighty Victor Newman’s approval, no matter what the cost. Almost every Young & the Restless fan knows & loves Michael’s fabulous wife, Lauren Fenmore, & knows Michael doesn’t always put her first.
In fact, as of late, after cutting The Mustache off to save his marriage, Michael is back to his old ways. Michael doing business with Victor again means taking down Jabot, which means taking down their vested interests, one of them, Lauren’s company, Fenmore’s.
Seriously, how many times does Lauren Fenmore need to remove her husband’s head from Victor Newman’s ass? Michael Baldwin is the best attorney in the land, so he doesn’t need The Mustache. Lauren Fenmore is the most fabulous lady in the land, personally & professionally, & doesn’t need anyone.
Why can’t Michael & Lauren want & love one another as much as Young & the Restless fans love & would like them to?
