Another Young & the Restless Thanksgiving has come & gone, & another Thanksgiving without kids, except for Harrison.
What’s with this kid? He’s sweet & cute, but so are most of the other prominent children in Genoa City on Y&R.
So let’s unpack how each family with children on Young & the Restless did the Thanksgiving without kids work-around, & let’s rant, Young & the Restless fans!!…
Y&R’s Children Are Only Mentions, Except for Little Harrison
As far as children on Young & the Restless are concerned, soap opera fans have only seen Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) son, Harrison (Redding Munsell). Where are the other children on Young & the Restless? Since Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) supposedly adopted Harrison, he’s part of the Newman family, too.
There were MANY mentions of Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) & Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) children, Johnny & Katie Abbott. They were outside having SO much fun with their cousins, Connor & Christian Newman, at the new Newman Ranch. After that & Billy Boy was spending time at the Abbott Thanksgiving Celebration with his girlfriend, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), then he was to spend time with Johnny & Katie.
So, where’s Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) & Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) son, Connor? Where’s Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) son, Christian?
Speaking of Christian Newman on Y&R, Who Cares??…
Maybe there are SOME Young & the Restless fans who care, but do either one of Christian Newman’s dads care? To review, back in the day, Nick was seeing this woman, Sage, who is no longer with us, who bounced into sleeping with Adam Newman during the process. Everyone knows that Adam Newman is Christian’s biological son except for Christian. Nick Newman has supposedly been raising him on his own with the help of a nanny.

Young & the Restless fans haven’t seen Christian or his nanny for years. It’s right to assume that Christian no longer needs a nanny, even though his grandmother, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), brought a picture Christian colored for Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) when he was in the hospital in L.A.
It’s All About the Abbotts This Year for Thanksgiving on Y&R
This just in on Young & the Restless… Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) doesn’t ALWAYS WEAR BLACK…
Diane was STUNNING this Thanksgiving, welcoming everyone into the Abbot Estate, including Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson, & even Billy & his girlfriend Sally Spectra. Without question, she also welcomed her son’s ex-girlfriend, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), into their home. Diane loves Claire, and Harrison loves Claire even more. Of course, this Newman was let into the Abbott home.
Even after all of this, thank Goodness Traci Abbott was back in Genoa City at the Abbott Estate on Young & the Restless for Thanksgiving.
Anytime on Young & the Restless is a good time for more Aunt Traci.
Young & the Restless fans also missed Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) son, Dominic, this Thanksgiving. Like every other child besides Harrison, he was mentioned but never seen by soap opera fans. Which child on Young & the Restless do YOU miss most?
