My Style Icon Awards entry: What timeless, feminine fashion means to me
The Style Icon Awards 2025 are more than just a celebration of fashion, they’re about individuality, confidence, and the way we use style to express who we are. The winner will take home some serious prizes including $20,000, a feature in Flaunt Magazine, and an invitation to the Versace show at Milan Fashion Week but here’s the deal, you get to decide who wins! The winner is chosen by public votes. As an entrant, let’s just say I’m definitely feeling inspired, which is why I wanted to share all about the Style Icon Awards with you and more about my personal style.

There’s such a beautifully diverse mix of creators, tastemakers, and style voices in this years Style Icon Awards. People who aren’t just following trends but shaping what personal style means today. If my style and the way I’ve shared it with you over the years here has ever inspired you, encouraged you, or simply made you feel seen, I’d be so grateful for your vote.
I entered the Style Icon Awards 2025 as it felt like the perfect opportunity to reflect on what style means to me and to encourage others to experiment and develop their own personal style. It goes beyond trends, beyond labels, to my fashion philosophy which has always been rooted in timeless, feminine pieces that express who I am on the inside and how I want to show up in the world. This entry is a celebration of the difference an outfit can make to your feeling of confidence, elegance, personal expression and sharing who I am.

What is Glamour and Gains
Glamour & Gains is a trend forecasting fashion & luxury lifestyle website. Sharing all of the latest runway trends and how to make them work in real life from designer to luxe for less to make fashion accessible to all. Glamour is for my love of glamorous fashion and style. Gains is from my days competing as a WBFF Pro Diva and personal trainer, as an entrepreneur, and wife. It’s for all of the gains I want all of us to make in all areas of our lives.
“How do you plan your outfits?” Style Icon awards 2025
I travel and have a lot of events so I’ll plan outfits around the latest trends, weather, my mood, time of the month, and the event but always styled with my own personal flair. I cover all of the latest trends on glamourandgains.com and save outfit ideas to folders in my phone that resonate with me that I can use for inspiration.
“What’s your style story?” Style Icon awards 2025
My Mum and my early career really shaped my style. She doesn’t own any loungewear (eg tracksuits) and always does her hair and makeup even if she’s not leaving the house. Her attention to detail, polish and use of accessories (she has the best belt collection) definitely inspired my style.
I was also a professional ballerina so love all things sparkly, feminine, structured, form fitting, voluminous, dramatic, elegant & textures like tulle. There’s no such thing as overdressed!
“What makes your style stand out?” SI 2025
My style reflects who I am: timeless, feminine, confident, and ever evolving. I value well-made classics over fleeting trends but love adding bold details that make a look my own. Whether it’s the glamour of Versace or the structure of Chanel and Dior, every piece tells a story about my mood and mindset. It’s polished yet personal; a visual expression of how I feel and how I want to show up in the world.
“What’s your dream fashion moment?” Style Icon awards 2025
Walking the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival in a custom couture gown that blends the drama of Versace with the elegance of Dior: feminine, glam, elegant, statement making and unforgettable. Hair swept up, blindingly dazzling jewelry, and that feeling of stepping into a moment where confidence, creativity, and personal style collide. A celebration of fashion not just as clothing but as identity.
As you can tell, I’ve always loved Versace’s statement making, feminine, bold styles.
“What would you do with $20,000?” Style Icon awards 2025
I’d use the prize to elevate the quality of my content and to grow my brand. Investing in camera equipment and brand management for creative direction and storytelling that showcases fashion in a meaningful, modern way. Style is powerful and I want to keep inspiring with intention. Oh and let’s not forget some classic, timeless pieces that will elevate my wardrobe for years to come and something to make me feel utterly fabulous for Versace’s Show.
