Baking cookies is one of my very favorite things to do. I usually make a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies once every few weeks. I always make sure to have all the ingredients handy so whenever Iβm feeling like baking, I can whip up a batch with no issues. There is something about homemade cookies that make me happy. I donβt know if itβs the actual process because I find it so stress relieving or if itβs the fact that I get to eat all the cookies afterwards and not feel bad about it. Regardless, it is a normal occurrence in our household.

With Valentineβs Day around the corner, I wanted to make some Valentineβs Day cookies that were easy to make and pink! I feel like colored cookies make it so much more fun, donβt you think? I found an easy recipe for Strawberry Cookies and recreated them. The result is absolutely delicious.

Letβs get baking. This recipe makes approximately 3 dozen cookies (unless youβre like me and make some cookies way bigger than normal).

Add some fun to your cookies with this PINK Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies. They’re perfect for Valentine’s Day or anytime you want something a little special.
