Over the Christmas holiday, I went on a fudge baking marathon. I made over 5 varieties of fudge and loved testing each one, learning about their ingredients, texture and more. It was a fun experience but I couldnβt wait til that last piece of fudge was out of my house. I have never eaten so much fudge in my entire life. There is something about it that is hard to resist. Since Iβve had a short hiatus from fudge, I thought why not bring it back for Valentineβs Day!

This recipe is a little unique considering it is a Valentineβs Day Cake Batter Fudge which calls for cake mix powder to be directly added into the mixture. This recipe is so good and loved by everybody. During Christmas, I made a couple fudge recipes that were not your ordinary fudge (ie: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge) and while they were SO GOOD, they didnβt set properly like a normal fudge. The taste was there but since it was a different recipe, some of the ingredients made it difficult to set. This recipe for Cake Batter Fudge is different but Iβve had no problems with it firming up properly.
