I am a super shoe addict and have run in every brand that has produced one. This shoe is unique in both its appearance and performance. The carbon plate is undetectable by feel but certainly minimized energy loss and optimized toe-off efficiency.
It’s tough to find the right balance between a carbon plate and comfort but Tracksmith has done it with this shoe. I don’t know how they did it, but Tracksmith found a way to create a comfortable, bouncy race day shoe.
