The Omni Las Colinas Hotel has completed a sweeping $33 million renovation that touches every corner of the property — from the guestrooms to the pool deck — solidifying its status as a go-to lifestyle destination in Irving’s premier master-planned community.
The latest $20 million phase brings a full redesign to all 421 guestrooms, including 111 luxury suites, as well as the hotel’s largest event space, the Las Colinas Ballroom. This follows a previous $13 million refresh of the resort-style poolscape, restaurants, and common areas.
“This renovation marks a defining moment for Omni Las Colinas as we continue to evolve with our community,” said General Manager Anthony Buttafuoco. “We’ve elevated the entire guest experience while remaining true to the spirit of Las Colinas.”
That spirit — a blend of ranching heritage and modern ambition — is reflected throughout the property. Design details like warm woods, brass accents, dusty blue tones, and curated artwork evoke the natural landscape surrounding Lake Carolyn. In the top-tier suites, original green marble bathrooms from the hotel’s early days have been preserved as a nod to its roots.
The redesigned guestrooms offer a fresh yet grounded aesthetic, combining residential comfort with high-end materials and intuitive layouts. Premium suites like the Governor’s and Presidential Suite feature lake views, private balconies, expansive living and dining spaces, and luxe extras like Nespresso machines, STAYCAST streaming, and plush robes.
The hotel’s signature amenity, The Lakehouse Waterfront Lounge & Pool Deck, delivers a full resort experience with private cabanas, fire pits, and a 10,700-square-foot event lawn — a rare find in the heart of a fast-growing Fortune 500 corridor.
