The Dallas Cowboys are back in action this week and they are eager to put last week’s embarrassing loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the rearview mirror.
It is the Green Bay Packers who present that opportunity, and they do so as the second of three straight primetime games for the Cowboys. Kickoff this week is set for 8:20pm ET with the longtime rivals dueling on Sunday Night Football.
Below you will find our story stream for the game with all relevant articles in it.
As noted the Cowboys really need to get back on track. They are below .500 for the third time this season and if they have any aspirations of reaching the playoffs then they have to get north of that line and stay there.
Brian Schottenheimer has pledged that things will be different, and the Cowboys have already begun to make changes by hiring Mike Pettine to join Christian Parker’s defensive staff. They have also committed to moving Parker from the sideline to the booth.
Games are played by the players though and the likes of Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens and the rest of the offense are going to need to continue to pile up points. Quinnen Williams, Kenny Clark, Caleb Downs and the rest of the defense have to start finding their form as that has been an issue this season.
