Sneak peeks of the new Donegal

Last week we did our regular shoot for the new overcoat this winter – of the new colour of the Donegal coat.
The shots were so good that I shared one on Instagram, but have subsequently realised that it was a little unfair on readers of the website, as we’re normally so careful not to talk about details of new products until they launch.
I’m also aware (from many comments on the subject) that a good number of readers don’t use social media at all.
So, today’s is a short post just reproducing the two shots we’ve used on social, for everyone to see. The new colour of the Donegal is a biscuit shade that I’m very excited about – because the variations of the yarn just make it so beautiful, and because it hits that most appealing note in PS products, versatility.
It’s a shade that goes with tonal combinations and bright, preppy ones; with flannels to a smart/casual office and with jeans and sweats; plus it’s a colour that would compliment other colours of Donegal we’ve done in the past, such as the navy or mid-grey. You can justify both.
Anyway, I’ll stop there otherwise this will turn into a regular 1000-word launch piece. The new Donegal will be available in early October, and there will be a lot more pictures and details then. It will of course also be available to see and try in the pop-ups.
