Grammy-nominated artist, and a founding member of the queer-centric band Semi-Precious Weapons, Aaron Lee Tasjan is stopping in Fort Worth at Printed Threads on Saturday, Sept. 26. Tasjan is touring in support of his latest album Get Over It, Underdog, released last month on Blue Élan Records.
Get Over It, Underdog marks the Americana artist’s fifth full-length release. The album was produced by Tasjan alongside Mark Miller. In this collection of 11 songs, Tasjan explores the complexities of society and the perspective of the American underdog through reflection and reckoning.
Tasjan previewed the album with the spring release of his song “Lost and Alone.” Watch his latest video for the track “The Real” below:
The concert is part of Printed Threads’ Showroom Sounds series. Each show has a limited number of tickets for an intimate musical performance. Guests receive a a commemorative shirt and a show poster and can enjoy small bits and sips throughout the show.
