Shaquille O’Neal, known in electronic dance music circles as DJ Diesel, is returning to Fort Worth’s Panther Island Pavilion for the third edition of his own music festival, Shaq’s Bass All-Stars.
After pulling in over 30,000 fans across two years, the Big Aristotle is going even bigger on March 21st, 2026. Everything’s bigger in Texas, especially when Shaq’s involved.
“The production is bigger, the lineup is bigger, and the entire festival experience will be on another level,” he said in a statement. “We level up every year, and this one’s going to shake the ground.”
The festival is bringing back “The Trenches,” a 360° second stage designed to drop you directly into the pit. Attendees can expect upgraded production, extended staging, enhanced visuals and “a few surprises only Shaq could deliver,” per a press release. Just don’t expect a Kazaam 2 screening.
Produced with Medium Rare and Disco Presents, the festival continues blending heavyweight dubstep and bass programming with Texas flavor, featuring food trucks, art installations, a ferris wheel and custom merch drops. Shaq personally curated the lineup, which he headlines alongside a b2b set from Levity and Wooli. Others include rising dubstep producers GorillaT, DRINKURWATER and EDM.com Class of 2025 star Jessica Audiffred.

Ahead of the festival, we’ve teamed up with Shaq to run an exclusive giveaway for VIP passes. Read on to discover how to win the contest and mark your calendars for the pre-sale, which begins Thursday, November 20th at 10am CT.
