In Ehrlich, Toronto-based CAPREIT is turning to the CEO and an executive director of Dublin-based Irish Residential Properties REIT Plc, a publicly-traded real estate investment trust that is indirectly managed by CAPREIT. Ehrlich has been running the company since 2014. Ehrlich, who has more than 30 years of industry experience, was previously a senior partner at Stikeman Elliott LLP.
Glass is currently a senior vice president and managing broker within Long & Foster’s commercial division in Vienna, VA. He will continue in his role there in addition to his duties as regional vice president of TCN. Glass is a former member of the Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation and is the former chairman on the Economic Development Committee for the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
Salmon brings more than 30 years of experience in retail real estate, having most recently served as a managing director with Garrison Investment Group, where he was in charge of developing strategic plans for the company’s national retail presence, growing it to more than 9.2 million square feet across 17 states. Salmon oversaw $44 million in ground-up construction stemming from the redevelopment of 343,000 square feet of retail space nationally. Before that, Salmon spent 15 years in leasing and development at Mall Properties, Inc. (now Olshan Properties).
Still specializes in landlord representation, asset repositioning, development consulting and in individual and portfolio asset sales. He was previously at Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate in San Diego for 26 years, and has spent the past four years as a private advisor for several institutional owners nationwide.

Most recently Townes served as a leasing specialist with Ripco Real Estate, where he provided retailers and owners with transaction services including site selection, location analysis and due diligence, letter of intent and lease negotiations.
Young was previously a vice president and associate director of leasing at L&L Holdings Company LLC, where he managed all aspects of leasing for the company’s 6.5 million-square-foot portfolio of Manhattan office properties. Before that he was with CBRE, representing landlords and tenants with their commercial leasing and occupancy strategies.

Borny was previously a director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) LP, where he was responsible for sourcing and marketing industrial investment property sales. He became a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2011.
Quinn was previously at McKinney Advisory Group. As a veteran broker with 35 years of commercial real estate experience, he served notable clients that include Bank of America, Eastman Kodak, Eli Lilly, and Wells Fargo.
Prior to coming aboard at Cushman & Wakefield, Malitz worked at Lee & Associates as a director of retail leasing across the five boroughs. Before that he was a senior account manager at Next Street, a merchant bank and consulting firm.
Rogers most recently served as an associate director with Front Street, where he worked with landlord representation and shopping center tenants. Before joining a commercial real estate firm with Street in the name, he did a year of service with AmeriCorps VISTA.
